    “You can do this,” she thought.
    “No, you can’t,” he looked straight at her.
    “You can’t,” he said. “It’s against the rules.”
    She took her pen out of her purse and wrote something on a yellow sticky pad. The ripped the single piece of paper off and deliberately stuck on the table in front of him. She had wrote, virtual blue doll dot yahoo dot com on the paper.
    “No spaces,” she said.
    What would come next was actually a suprise for both of them.

    She was completely embarrassed because this man was so powerful in his ways. Commanding and confident he made her feel small, powerless and insignificant. She knew she made mistakes and she also knew that most of what she wrote needed editing, perhaps even complete revision. All she really hoped for was that her work wouldn’t be completed deleted in its entirety.

    Slowly her hand went out and she ripped the piece of paper off where she had placed it like it was all part of a plan to show that she could do exactly what she wanted. Taking her pen firmly in hand she deliberately drew a line through the words and started completely over and stuck the yellow sticky back where she had originally placed it.

    This time the words said, “virtual blue doll at yahoo dot ca”.

    He looked at her again!
